Mountain’s storage & warehousing complex is situated at Barkston Heath located approximately 6 miles north of Grantham and approximately 11 miles north of the A1 at Colsterworth.
Our location offers excellent road links to the regional road network. Grantham is located approximately 110 miles north of London, 20 miles east of Nottingham and 25 miles south of Lincoln.
The A1 is approximately 15 minutes from our facility.
Our facility comprises of 6 detached warehouse buildings on a site of approximately 21 acres (8.50 hectares). Four of the buildings have an eaves height of approximately 20 feet (6.10 metres) with electronically operated roller shutter doors to each frontage.
The other two warehouses have insulated profiled metal external elevations under a pitched and insulated roof covering and having eaves heights of approximately 25 feet (7.50 metres) being accessed via electronically operated roller shutter doors.
Each of the warehouses benefit from connections to mains electricity with halogen lighting.
The site is served by internal roadways and has full weighbridge facilities.
